“LEAF”

       

        What is the purpose of living things here on Earth? For decoration? For Food? I think we best consider it as our “Protection”. We build our house from woods that comes from trees. And our roof that comes from the combination of different chemical elements. Smooth floors and walls that come up from stones. But, what if these things slowly vanish? Where will we get our food? Where do we find woods and stones to secure house. It’s time to wake up. Look at our surroundings now, it was totally changed. As our world goes into progression our living things was also progressing into destruction.

        For us human we are the one who is responsible about what is really happening now on earth. The world nowadays turns into miserable look. If you will look back to our years ago, I can imagine how wonderful it is. The mountains that covered with bushes of trees, flowers that are blooming every morning, the sound of a clear and refreshing stream, the sweet cheer of birds hanging on a beautiful tree and feeling the cool air that touches your skin. Isn’t this beautiful? But look at our nature today. 

Our mountains was destroyed because a lot of men cut woods for their own benefit in order to survive even though they know that this is effectively wrong. Look at our streams today; it was so dirty because people throw their garbage on it without thinking the result of their work. And the cause of this work may lead to Water Shortage, flooding, and fish death because of the poison eaten by the fish due to garbage. And the last, the lately cool and refreshing air turns into a hot blazing air. This is caused by pollution. Pollution is created by smoke belching vehicles, by burning plastics, the smoke that comes from factories. And the minor but helps in giving pollution is the smoking of cigarettes, it didn’t have a good benefit because all benefit that you will caught from it was all negative. It can harm your health and affect your Respiratory System and you’re not the only one who will suffer if you smell this smoke your friend that also taking and breathing that smoke will also have difficulties in respiratory system. And those kinds of smoke will mixed up with the air that filled us and then slowly find a way to out in our earth’s responsibility. Then it will have an “Ozone Hole”. Ozone Layer is the layer of the atmosphere, from 15 to 50km/ 10 to 30 miles above the earth’s surface where most atmospheric, ozone collects absorbing harmful ultraviolet radiation from the sun.

        We cannot stop it and we cannot bring back the old but beautiful look of our land. But we can do something about it. As a student we can help to slow down the enlarging of ozone hole. Here are some examples that we can surely do to save Mother Earth.

Ø  Let us plant trees in our backyard.

Ø  Consume less paper.

Ø  Mixed out non-biodegradable from biodegradable.

Ø  When you’re going home as long as you can walk it from school to your house, do it for less consuming in gas, energy, and money.

And lastly do always remember the R3 that you should do.

·         Recycle
